Dswood, couteaux d'inspiration japonaise

Made in France, the blade is made of X46Cr13 stainless steel

Its 0.46% carbon content provides excellent sharpness, easy sharpening and durable cutting. its 14% chromium content allows good corrosion resistance.

Stainless steel finish  brushed with a handle of different wood species made by me.

Prefer a damp cloth to clean your knife rather than run it under water
